AMSTERDAM (NED): Dutch distance runner Hilda Kibet has been selected for the European Championships in Barcelona by her federation. Kibet had reached the qualifying standard already last year in Utrecht but had to proof this year she is in the same shape. Kibet ran 32:14 this weekend in Glasgow in a 10K road race and has been given a green light to compete in the 10,000m race in Barcelona.

WASHINGTON (USA): Athletics coach Trevor Graham is suing US Anti-Doping Agency for 30 million saying it slandered him and violated his rights by not granting him a hearing before the American Arbitration Association. USADA handed Graham a lifetime coaching ban in July 2008 for his role in helping athletes acquire performance-enhancing drugs, something he has denied. Informssupersport.com.
