BURLADA (ESP, Dec 13): Francisco Espana clocked 30:34 to win the 18th Hiru-Herri CC event at 10 km. European champion Jesus Espana was only one second behind (30:35) and steepler Eliseo Martin third (30:39). Jacqueline Martin won the women´s 6.12 km (21:27).
POTSDAM (GER, Dec 12): Bressanone silver medalist Carlo Paech cleared at local indoor meet 533 cm in pole vault what is German indoor record in his age category.
